Select a cleaning package, choose any add-ons you need, enter your property address and preferred date and time, then pay securely. After payment, we match you with an available cleaner in your area. The whole process takes a few minutes.
When do I pay?
Payment is taken at the time of booking and held securely. Funds are released to the cleaner on the platform's next scheduled payout cycle — not immediately. This gives you time to flag any issues with the completed job before the cleaner receives payment.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a 50% late cancellation fee to compensate the cleaner for the lost slot. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
Are cleaners verified?
Yes. Every cleaner is reviewed by our team before their profile is activated. We require a government-issued photo ID and verify it manually. Cleaners also complete our onboarding training and connect a verified bank account through Stripe before they can accept any bookings.
What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
Contact our support team at support@clienr.com and we will work with you and the cleaner to resolve the issue. You can also open a formal dispute through your booking page. Our team reviews every case and aims to reach a fair outcome for both sides.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
By default, the cleaner brings all consumables (sprays, cloths, paper towels etc.) and a supply fee is included in your booking total. If you prefer to provide your own supplies, you can opt out of the supply fee during the booking process — saving you that cost.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe — PCI-DSS Level 1 certified and used by millions of businesses worldwide. We never store your card details on our servers.
For Cleaners
How much can I earn?
You keep 87.5% of every booking. Clienr deducts a 12.5% platform commission — one of the lowest rates in the industry. Your exact take-home depends on the package price, any add-ons, and how many jobs you take on.
When do I get paid?
Earnings are transferred to your connected bank account on the platform's scheduled payout day, after the booking is marked as completed. Bank transfer times depend on Stripe and your bank — typically 2–5 business days once initiated.
What do I need to sign up?
A valid government-issued photo ID and a bank account for payouts (connected through Stripe). Our team reviews every application manually. Once approved, you complete a short onboarding training before your first job.
Can I choose my own schedule?
Yes. You set your own availability and can accept or decline any job request. You are an independent contractor — there are no minimum hours or mandatory shifts.
Do I need to handle my own taxes?
Yes. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for reporting and remitting your own income taxes. We recommend speaking with a tax professional about your obligations. Clienr does not withhold taxes from your earnings.
