For Clients

How do I book a cleaning?

Simply select your package, choose add-ons if needed, enter your address and schedule, get matched with a cleaner, and pay securely. The entire process takes less than 5 minutes.

When do I pay?

Payment is taken at booking but held in escrow. It's only released to the cleaner after you approve the completed work. This protects both parties.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes! Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.

Are cleaners background-checked?

Absolutely. All cleaners undergo background checks, ID verification, and must provide proof of insurance before joining our platform.

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

You can request a re-clean or open a dispute. Our support team will review the case and work with both parties to resolve the issue fairly.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

Most cleaners bring their own supplies. Check the cleaner's profile to see if they charge a supplies fee or if you need to provide anything specific.

How much can I earn?

You keep 87.5% of every booking. For a $100 booking, you'd earn $83.68 after fees. Top cleaners earn $500-$1,500+ per week depending on how many jobs they take.

When do I get paid?

Once the client approves your work, payment is released automatically. Money arrives in your bank account in 2-7 business days via direct deposit.

What do I need to sign up?

Valid government ID, proof of insurance, clean background check, and a bank account for payouts. The verification process takes 2-3 business days.

Can I choose my own schedule?

Yes! You have complete control over when and where you work. Accept jobs that fit your schedule and decline those that don't.

Do I need to pay taxes?

Yes. You're an independent contractor, so you're responsible for your own taxes. Stripe will generate a T4A form if you earn over $500/year.
