Every cleaner on Clienr is reviewed by our team before they can accept bookings. We verify the following before approving any cleaner profile:
A government-issued photo ID is required and reviewed by our team before a cleaner profile is activated.
Our team reviews every application. Cleaners are only approved once all submitted documents have been verified by a human reviewer.
Cleaners connect a verified bank account through Stripe before they can receive any payouts. Stripe handles all KYC (Know Your Customer) checks.
Cleaners must complete our onboarding training covering service standards, safety protocols, and platform expectations before accepting jobs.
Your payment is held securely until the job is completed. Funds are only released to the cleaner on the platform's next scheduled payout cycle — giving you time to flag any issues before money changes hands.
All payments are processed by Stripe — a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
All transactions must go through the platform. Never pay a cleaner in cash or outside of Clienr — doing so removes all payment protections for both parties.
Every completed booking ends with a mutual review. Clients rate cleaners and cleaners rate clients — creating a transparent, accountable community on both sides.
Cleaners with low ratings or repeated complaints are reviewed by our team and may be suspended or removed from the platform.
Disputes can be raised directly through the platform. Our support team reviews each case and works with both parties to reach a fair resolution.
